AgDor AI Panel
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AgDor AI Panel collects, why it is collected, and how it is used.

Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect account information such as email address, account status, registration date, and session data needed to keep you signed in.
When you use the panel, we may store the data you enter into the service: domains, site connection settings, keyword sets, prompts, templates, provider settings, task logs, generated articles, and publishing history.
If you save third-party provider credentials in the panel, they are stored only so the service can run the workflows you configure.
Google sign-in data
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile data from Google, including your Google account identifier, email address, and name or profile image if Google provides it.
We use this data only to create, link, and authenticate your AI Panel account. We do not request Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, calendar, contact, or file access.
Cookies and similar technologies
AI Panel uses cookies that are needed for the service to work: session cookies for account access, security cookies for sign-in and Google OAuth state, and a language preference cookie if you choose a language in the interface.
These cookies are used for authentication, security, user preferences, and basic service operation. They are not used to sell data or run cross-site advertising tracking.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the service may stop working, including sign-in, language selection, and protected account pages.
If AI Panel later adds optional analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies, this policy will be updated and a consent control will be added where required by applicable law.
How we use information
- to create and manage your account;
- to run content workflows, templates, tasks, and publishing actions you configure;
- to show task status, logs, generated content, and account settings;
- to protect accounts, investigate errors, and prevent abuse;
- to send service messages such as activation, password recovery, or important account notices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the product, such as hosting, email delivery, authentication, or infrastructure providers. We may also disclose data if required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
When you connect an external AI provider or publishing destination, data needed for that workflow may be sent to that provider according to your settings and the provider terms.
Storage and security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect account data and saved settings. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, provider keys, site tokens, and project access private.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and project data while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service, resolve errors, meet legal duties, or protect against abuse.
You can request account or data deletion by contacting [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or accounting reasons.
Privacy rights
Depending on your location, privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data.
To make a request, contact [email protected] from the email address connected to your account.
